Sā€™mores Brownie Bars šŸ”„ Vegan & Gluten Free! These bars have a soft cookie like base, a fudgy brownie middle, and toasted marshmallows & melted chocolate chips on top šŸ¤¤ Perfect weekend treat! What are you making this weekend? šŸ‘‡šŸ»- – #recipe details: Preheat oven to 350F Cookie Base: 2 cup almond flour 2 tbsp coconut flour 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1/4 cup almond milk 2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp cinnamon Sprinkle of salt Mix everything together in a bowl. It will be crumbly but thatā€™s okay! Use your hands and press it together into a ball. Then line a 9×9 brownie pan with parchment paper. Youā€™ll take the mixture and press it into the pan. Pack it together so it doesnā€™t crumble when it bakes. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. . Then make the brownie layer. Brownie layer: 2 ripe bananas šŸŒ 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup coconut it flour 1 1/2 tbsp vegan vanilla or chocolate protein powder . Mash the bananas then add in the rest of the ingredients and mix with a hand mixer or immersion blender. Add on top of the cookie layer when itā€™s done. Add back into the oven and bake for 32-35 mins. . Remove and top with 2 cups vegan marshmallows 1/2 cup chocolate chips Put back in the oven but move to the top rack. Broil for 1-2 minutes to get the marshmallows toasted! Slice and enjoy!
