Tofu and peanut butter together are a match made in heaven 🥰🙌 . For the sauce you will need peanut butter of course, sriracha sauce, soy sauce and some water. Just mix these together according to your taste.

Then baked the tofu pieces (Store bought smoked tofu, and they smell like smoked cheese) with some soy sauce and spices like garlic powder and pepper.

Finally add frozen peas, carrots and sweetcorn and some sesame seeds

Recipe For Raspberry Ripe Chocolate Cups

INGREDIENTS: •100-150g of vegan white chocolate •coconut oil for melting RASPBERRY RIPE FILLING: •1/2 cup of desiccated/shredded coconut •2 tbs raspberry chia jam •1/4 cup blitzed natural sweetener •2 tbs of coconut cream/yoghurt

(OPTIONAL) PEANUT BUTTER CENTRE: •1 tbs natural peanut butter •2 tbs peanut butter powder or protein •2 tbs maple/rice malt syrup

METHOD: melt white chocolate with a tsp of coconut oil , once melted distribute half the mix to 6 cup cake cases (use silicone) freeze or refrigerate to set. drain off any excess liquid off your raspberry mix, than add desiccated coconut , coconut cream & natvia (start with half of the sweetener and adjust to taste ) pop the mix in the fridge for 10 to set, if it’s too runny you can add a sprinkle of chia seeds. stir peanut layer together and set aside. Assemble by placing raspberry mix a a drop of peanut butter mix in the middle and than more raspberry mix. flatten evenly and cover with chocolate refrigerate to set and enjoy easy to make , white choc and raspberry super underrated and super yum

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups oat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp ground flax
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F. First combine dry until evenly incorporated, next in wet and combine all together until batter is formed, lightly grease donut pans and fill it all the way up, bake in oven for 15-17 minutes and then, quickly remove the donuts from the pan. Place onto baking sheet, set it back in the oven to bake for another 5 minutes (this will help them to get that crispiness)

Remove from the oven and then let it cool for coating. Melt together 1 cup vegan chocolate with 1 tsp coconut oil until smooth. Dip each cooled donut into chocolate, use excess to drizzle on top, add cookie dough balls

(1/2 cup almond flour + 2 tbsp peanut butter + 1 tbsp maple syrup + 1 tsp vanilla) + sprinkle with flaky sea salt

How To Make A Vegan Cherry Sorbet

This is a super simple 4 ingredient cherry sorbet

INGREDIENTS 500g Juicy Fresh Cherries 100g Water 80g Sugar Juice of 1/2 Lemon.

METHOD
1.Using a saucepan gentle boil all the ingredients for about 10 minutes . 2.Let it cool to room temperature.
3.Remove all the cherry pits.
4.Add the cherries and cooking juices to a blender/blend until smooth. 5.Pass the juices through a fine mesh sieve.
6.Let the ingredients cool in the fridge for a 2/3 hours.
7.Add the juice to a ice cream maker (follow instructions).

If you don’t have one, you can put it into a airtight container and freeze. This sorbet is perfect on hot summers day

Vegan, sugar free Ayurvedic turmeric chai (latte)⁣⁣ is nourishing, anti-inflammatory AND it can now be made delicious. ⁣ To save time (because we all could be binge watching another episode of something on Netflix, instead of mixing stuff all day)make a paste for this turmeric latte, and add it to a plant-based milk, heat and enjoy it.⁣ ⁣

This paste will last in the fridge for a month.⁣

The following recipe is for 14 servings ->(1 ½ tsp paste/serving) ⁣ Here is what you need to make a golden milk paste:⁣ –
– 4 Tbsp ground turmeric ⁣
– 2 tsp ground ginger powder ⁣
– 2 tsp ground cinnamon ⁣
– 1 tsp ground black pepper (Why pair black pepper and turmeric? Because pepper helps your body absorb more anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric)⁣
– 2 tsp of ground cardamom
– 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil ⁣
– 3-4 Tbsp maple syrup (you can add this now, or later while serving)⁣
– 1-2 Tbsp hot water⁣

To make the ‘haldi doodh’ / ‘turmeric latte’ / ‘golden elixir’ (ok ok, you get it!) ⁣ ⁣
– Scoop out some paste⁣ ⁣
-Add it to a plant-based milk. ⁣
-Add a strand of saffron if you are feeling special⁣ ⁣
– Boil to the temperature you like to have your hot beverages. ⁣ ⁣
– Add 1 / 2 tsp of Rose nectar ⁣
