Boil and mash potatoes for the outer layer. For the peas, cook some frozen peas with ginger, cumin, coriander, dried mango powder, ginger and garam masala.
Form balls out of the pea filling and enclosed it in the mashed potato dough. Then dip in cornflour/water mixture and roll over panko breadcrumbs for that crispy coating! . Then you can fry/air fry them. Goes excellently with coriander chutney

Ingredients: 2 tomatoes, diced 1 small diced shallot 1 TBSP chopped dill or parsley 1 tsp dried parsley (use fresh if available) 1 clove garlic, minced Juice from 1/2 lemon 1 large avocado, mashed Sea salt to taste Black pepper to taste EVOO for drizzling 2 slices of toasted bread.
Directions: Toast the bread. Mix all ingredients, except the avocado and bread, in a bowl. Top the bread with pureed avocado onto each slice of toast. Add the salsa mixture on top of each slice, drizzle with EVOO & extra pepper. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
