Here is the RECIPE: • 2 tbsp soy yogurt ( or other) •1 tsp tahini ( Sesame paste) • 1 tsp agave or rice syrup (optional) • 1 tbsp garden herbs (frozen, chopped) or fresh herbs • salt and pepper • optional: a dash of fresh lemon juice optional: 1/2 locust bean flour ( makes it thicker).
Mix all ingredients to a cream dip. Season with salt and pepper and serve with bread, fries, potatoes and more!

For the tadka / tempering 1 tbsp oil 1/4 tsp mustard seeds 8-10 curry leaves A pinch of aesofoetida Chopped green chilli (optional) Methods Blend together the chutney ingredients along with some water till it all comes together. (Add water as per desirable consistency) Take the chutney out in a bowl. In a small pan heat the oil. Add the mustard seeds and let them sputter. Add the curry leaves and chopped green chillies. Turn off the flame and add the aesofoetida. Pour this over the chutney. .

Indian Style Coconut Cauliflower With Rice Recipe
Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil 1 yellow onion, diced3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced 2 tbsp yellow curry powder 1 tsp cinnamon⠀⠀⠀ 1 tsp cumin 1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes 3 (14oz) cans coconut milk⠀⠀⠀ 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into large florets ,cilantro (optional)⠀⠀⠀ naan (optional)⠀rice (optional).
Instructions: In a medium sized pot heat olive oil over medium heat. add in onions and saute until translucent. add in garlic and ginger and continue sautéing until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. add in curry powder, cinnamon, cumin and diced tomatoes and stir until combined with the onion mixture. Slowly stir in coconut milk and bring to a simmer. allow to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often. using an immersion blender, blend the base of the curry until smooth. alternatively, remove from heat and transfer to a blender, blending until smooth. bring the soup back to a low simmer and add in cauliflower. simmer cauliflower until fork tender, about 20 minutes. Serve over rice with with fresh cilantro and warm naan. enjoy.⠀⠀

INGREDIENTS This makes 4 burgers 1 flax egg ( 1 tbsp ground flax + 2.5 tbsp water)* 1/2 onion – finely chopped 3 cloves garlic – minced 4 cups spinach 1/2 cup artichokes – finely chopped 1 tbsp nutritional yeast juice from 1/2 lemon 2 tbsp unsweetened vegan yogurt 1 can black eyed peas (or sub other white bean) 1/2 cup quinoa (or sub whatever grain you have) 1/2 cup oat flour salt/pepper to taste +buns and desired toppings
INSTRUCTIONS
Make your flax egg by combining flax and water. Let set in the refrigerator for 10-30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat oil over medium heat and saute onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook for 5 more minutes or until wilted. Combine all ingredients except flax egg in a bowl. Add in flax egg last and fully combine. Make 3-4 evenly sized patties and distribute on a lined sheet pan.
Bake for 35 minutes. Serve however you please. Best enjoyed with toasted bun with pickles and avocado.
