They’re so easy to make and so good!
INGREDIENTS for these Tricolor Banana Pancakes 1 large ripe banana, 1/2 cup spelt flour 1/2 cup almond flour Pinch of salt 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 cup oat milk 1 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional) 1 tsp oil (for brushing a skillet) maple syrup, Plant based yogurt, banana slices or berries, to serve Beetroot juice Cacao powder Hempseed protein powder for the colors .
INSTRUCTION: Mix all ingredients together until it is a smooth dough (maybe you should add some flour or milk). Divide the dough into 3 and color it with the beetroot juice, hempseed protein powder and cacao powder. Heat the oil in a pan and add 1-2 tbsp dough. Bake the dough on both sides until it’s light brown. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy! Hope y’all have an amazing weekend!
