These bars have a soft cookie like base, a fudgy brownie middle, and toasted marshmallows & melted chocolate chips on top š¤¤ Perfect weekend treat! What are you making this weekend? šš»- – #recipe details: Preheat oven to 350F Cookie Base: 2 cup almond flour 2 tbsp coconut flour 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1/4 cup almond milk 2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp cinnamon Sprinkle of salt Mix everything together in a bowl. It will be crumbly but thatās okay! Use your hands and press it together into a ball. Then line a 9×9 brownie pan with parchment paper. Youāll take the mixture and press it into the pan. Pack it together so it doesnāt crumble when it bakes. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. . Then make the brownie layer. Brownie layer: 2 ripe bananas š 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup coconut it flour 1 1/2 tbsp vegan vanilla or chocolate protein powder . Mash the bananas then add in the rest of the ingredients and mix with a hand mixer or immersion blender. Add on top of the cookie layer when itās done. Add back into the oven and bake for 32-35 mins. . Remove and top with 2 cups vegan marshmallows 1/2 cup chocolate chips Put back in the oven but move to the top rack. Broil for 1-2 minutes to get the marshmallows toasted! Slice and enjoy!
