How To Make Salted Cookie Dough Donuts
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp ground flax
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. First combine dry until evenly incorporated, next in wet and combine all together until batter is formed, lightly grease donut pans and fill it all the way up, bake in oven for 15-17 minutes and then, quickly remove the donuts from the pan. Place onto baking sheet, set it back in the oven to bake for another 5 minutes (this will help them to get that crispiness)
Remove from the oven and then let it cool for coating. Melt together 1 cup vegan chocolate with 1 tsp coconut oil until smooth. Dip each cooled donut into chocolate, use excess to drizzle on top, add cookie dough balls
(1/2 cup almond flour + 2 tbsp peanut butter + 1 tbsp maple syrup + 1 tsp vanilla) + sprinkle with flaky sea salt
